Real Estate Sales Agent (Dubai & India Market)

Location: Dubai, UAE 

Nationality: Indian (Mandatory) | Preference for candidates from Bombay or Maharashtra 

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in real estate sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling properties in Dubai and India, with deep knowledge of the real estate markets in both regions. This is a Dubai-based position, but the primary focus will be on selling properties located in Dubai and India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and connect with potential buyers for Dubai and Indian properties.
2. Present and promote properties effectively to clients.
3. Conduct property viewings and negotiations.
4. Build and maintain a strong client network in Dubai and India.
5. Assist clients throughout the buying process, from inquiry to closing.
6. Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and legal requirements in Dubai and India.
7. Achieve sales targets consistently.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent, with a successful sales record.
2. Indian nationality is mandatory; candidates from Bombay or Maharashtra are preferred.
3. Proficiency in Hindi language is a must.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Deep understanding of Dubai and Indian real estate markets.
6. Valid license or certification in real estate sales (preferred).
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
