We are looking for highly motivated and aggressive Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be target-oriented, and possess the ability to handle high call volumes effectively.
Working hours: Monday – Saturday, 11am to 8pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of 80 connected calls per day to prospective enquiries.
Close and achieve sales targets
Engage with potential customers in meaningful conversations to generate interest in our services.
Maintain and update records of interactions in CRM (ZOHO preferred but not mandatory).
Follow up on leads promptly and ensure high conversion rates.
Provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and close deals.
Handle objections professionally and ensure a high level of customer engagement.
Posting hourly and daily calling reports in relevant groups.
Booking Appointments: Call 80-100 leads and book clients for appointments.
Consult and close clients either face to face or via video/phone calls.
Present calling and sales reports to management. Provide daily and weekly lead reports.
Report to Team lead and/or management regarding the leads.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role.
Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
Aggressive and target-driven with the ability to achieve daily call and conversion targets.
Experience with ZOHO CRM is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
