A reputable healthcare company in Al Barsha, Dubai is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Assistant to support nursing staff in providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should be attentive, patient, and able to assist in clinical and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist nurses in patient care, including monitoring vital signs and basic medical procedures.
Help patients with daily activities such as mobility, hygiene, and feeding.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Prepare and organize medical equipment and supplies.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in patient care areas.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred.
Salary Package:
AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month (depending on experience) + Company benefits
