Female Sales Coordinator cum Admin, required for a (Green Horizon Group) facility management company in Dubai.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field is required.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling cleaning and maintenance services
Managing the service schedule/calendar
Confirming schedules with clients
Arranging cleaning and maintenance teams at sites and ensuring task completion
Coordinating with clients and the operations team
Preparing contracts and quotations and finalizing them with clients
Handling client complaints and follow-ups
Language Requirements:
Fluent in English and Hindi to communicate with cleaning and maintenance teams
Visa Status:
Husband sponsorship required (Labour card will be provided)
Computer Skills:
Proficient in MS Office
