We are seeking a skilled Electrical and AC Technician with additional plumbing expertise to join our MEP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, air conditioning units, and plumbing fixtures to ensure optimal operational efficiency and safety across residential, commercial, or industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Electrical Work:
o Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, and systems.
o Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
o Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Air Conditioning & HVAC:
o Install, service, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems.
o Perform preventive maintenance on AC units to ensure efficiency.
o Troubleshoot system malfunctions and replace faulty components.
• Plumbing Skills:
o Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures including pipes, faucets, and drains.
o Detect and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and water pressure problems.
o Assist in installing and maintaining water heating systems and pumps.
