Job Description

A reputable Sharjah-based building contracting company is urgently seeking a Female HR Manager to manage the human resources department. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee management in a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs on portals, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Handle employee training and development programs.
• Manage payroll, salary WPS processing, and HR records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Support management in strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning.
• Resolve employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role in construction or contracting companies.
• Strong knowledge of job portals, recruitment tools, and HR software.
• Expertise in shortlisting, interview processes, training, and payroll handling (WPS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Female candidates only.
