A reputable company in The Dubai Mall, Dubai is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Promoters / Retail Assistants to join our retail team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for engaging customers, promoting products, and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products to customers in-store.
Provide accurate product information and recommendations.
Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Assist in processing sales transactions accurately.
Monitor stock levels and report any shortages.
Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary Range: AED 3,000 – 4,500 per month (depending on experience and performance).
